The city is called "Magical Trinity" and all types of creatures were there and it was more like medieval days where you get gold and stuff. And outsiders were looked down apon

Millie Hazelbrook, a witch, who was an outsider. Born into a lineage of witches, she was supposed to follow in her family's footsteps, but her chaotic and unpredictable magic led to her being rejected by her peers. Cast out and labeled a "hazard," and then snuck into magical Trinity and was left to fend for herself but was really clumsy and idiotic.
