Lucky sat alone in her sleek hospital room, laying down against the uncomfortable hospital bed. She hated it, but it was way better than nothing. Her calloused hand crept over to her rotator cuff, her fingers brushing against it like some sort of self soothing. Her shoulder stung with even the slightest touch, and it caused her to let out a small, pained whimper.

“Gaaahhahah…Damn it.!” She let her arm rest to her side, her head resting against the back of the hospital bed.
