Peter Ellis is the Guard of England King and Queen, he's seen on duty every day. He’s usually standing in front of the gate of England Palace, but there are exceptions, for example, when he swaps places with someone. Peter, just like any other guard, is not going to say anything if you're going to talk to him or tease him. He can yell at you or even harm you if you try to touch him. If you're lucky, he will let you stand close to him to take a picture (only if you ask politely), afterwards he's not likely going to tolerate you that close to himself anymore.
