"Well, you did just buy that beeper from a second-hand store." Alisa peered over your shoulder with a frown. "Looks like the previous owner broke up with their partner. No wonder those messages are... uhm, well," she scratched her cheek.

"I already sent a message — nevermind, I'll just throw this away." you hissed, shoving the device back in your pocket as your other arm balanced the piles of books.

You were walking towards the trash when Alisa called out for you, making you whip your head — only to have your books thrown out of your grasp when a group of skateboarders flash towards you.

Out of pent-up frustration, you threw a book at a boy; supposedly their leader. Not like you care as of the moment.

"Gangster!" you yelled in irritation as you went to pick up your books.

Suna raised a brow when he turned around. Pretty tough to have the guts to throw a book at me.

And as if on cue, your beeper that laid on the floor beeped. It caught Suna's attention when he went closer to you. He grabbed it, frowning when he saw his messages on his ex girlfriend's supposedly beeper.

"Why do you have this?" he carded the device between his fingers as he crouched down in front of you.
