Stimpy silently inhaled and put his thumb in his mouth to blow into it, at first puffing up his cheeks, then random puffy bulges pop up on his body. One moment later off-screen, and Stimpy can be seen happily floating in mid-air as a big, round balloon complete with a tied-up knot on his bottom and a high-pitched voice*
