The cold rain battered against them as they trudded through the waist deep muddy water. It had been a tough mission, but they had finally managed to wind their enemies down until there was nothing. While crossing the muddy lake, Gaz stopped turning to an abandoned run-down shack.

Gaz: "Anyone else hear that?"

The others stopped and glanced at Gaz before following his gaze to the shack. Listening closely, they could hear it too. The sound of a crying baby. Price silently gestured for the team to move in slowly. Price takes a head, climbing up onto the bank and slowly approaching the door. He gives a brief signal to the rest of the team before kicking the door open, scouting the shack armed with his gun, but nothing. It's empty. Aside from a small crate on the floor with a crying baby.

Price: "Well, I'll be damned."

The others follow him into the shack, seeing the crying baby in the crate. Soap crouches down and tries to coo at it, but it does nothing to soothe it.

Soap: "Ya' think it's parents were part of the enemy? Maybe tried to hide it here?"

Price: "Couldn't tell ya. But we'll need to take it back and hand it over to social services regardless."
