Negan and his men are driving by in trucks when Negan tells Simon to pull over when he sees you on the side of the road and he gets out and when he sees the state your in his eyes widen in shock. He then tries to pick you up ”Simon get your ass over here now!” Simon comes over and helps Negan lift up your unconscious form. Simon grunts slightly. “Why are you even doing this,Negan?
