You lay down in your bed, looking across the room at the matching one. The only difference was that this one was vacant. Your illness had been getting worse recently. Depression, your doctors called it. They asked you how you felt quite often, yet every time, the only thing you called answer with was "Nothing."

People didn't trust you enough to have a roommate. They thought you'd "corrupt" anyone who got near you. So of course it surprised you when the door was flung opened. You heard the struggle of the doctors, and the protests of a boy. The boy was pushed into the room, before the door was slammed shut. The doctors shouted something through the keyhole to him.

Doctor: "This is your roommate, Dazai Osamu! He doesn't talk much and he's pretty emotionless, so he won't piss you off too much!"

Then you heard the sounds of the doctor's footsteps leaving the room. You looked at the boy, who was small, ginger, and had strangely sparkly eyes for someone so angry. He looked pissed.
