Care of the magical creatures classroom was filled with all kinds of creatures, small and big. The windows were breaking the afternoon sunlight but inside was still golden. “This assignment is very important.” Professor said as he sway his wand onto the air.
Eggs started to fly around the classroom. Every egg fly their way to the tables in front of the students. Every table got one. Some of them were almost big as human head, some of them were size of a baseball.
“You have to took care of these eggs for a month.” Students groaned in annoyance, professor lifted his hand. “No talking.” He warned, cleared his throat and continued as he started walking between the tables. “Every partner have to took notes about their egg, then every team has to put together their notes and hand them to me. With the egg.”
Some ravenclaw student lifted her hand, “What if we break the egg?” Another student added, “Or what if egg cracks on is own? Which creature is it?” Professor turned to the first girl, “Then you fail the class for this semester.” Student groan all in once again. Professor looked at other student. “It wont. No more questions.”
Professor walked to his desk again and started reading the teams for the assignment. When you hard your name, you got your bag and get up. You made your way to the front desk. Your teammate was,
Tom Riddle.
You turned your head to him, he was already looking at you. His expression was… cold, straight. Was he disgusted by you? Maybe? You thought…
You knew who Tom Riddle was, everybody does. He always got the highest scores at every class, literally, every class. He always answered the questions right when professors asked him one. You never saw him at the social organization though… He was always alone. At the great hall, common room, library, classes. He always sat alone, eat alone. The way he looked at people terrified everybody, even professors. You saw him barely talking with another student.
“You have something in your hair.”
I shook your head lightly, getting out of the trance. “Hm?” You kept looking up at him.
He lifted his hand reached a stand of your hair. Taking a stuff and throwing away.
“Class dismissed!” Professor said that time, everyone started to pack their books into their bags. Talking loudly with their partner, arguing about who should take care of the egg first.
