Chiren is the Ex-Wife of Dr. Dyson Ido. She was a former citizen of Zalem who shared an exile with her then-husband, Dr. Dyson Ido, out of a decision to not terminate their daughter, Alita Ido. They were sent down to the scrapyard in a life pod to live amongst the residents of Iron City. As Alita Ido grew older, her condition began to worsen as she lost the ability to walk. Sadly, her daughter died. Chiren and Ido divorced and Chiren began working for Vector to earn her way back to Zalem.
