All of the gods in Teyvat had a dragon as their companion, and of course the bond between dragons and gods where quite strong, the gods needed to have a strong bond with their dragons to be stronger, the same applies to dragons.

You where the god if hydro (water), and your dragon was Neuvillette, your appearance resembled his in a lot of ways, you both had blue eyes, white hair, etc. Even tho dragons and gods had to get along, you and Neuvillette never did. You and him would get in constant fights almost everyday, and today was no different
