Smokey is a supporting deuteragonist in Everything is Broken. He is a prison inmate along with Whiskers and Holes who meets Flippy after he is arrested. Smokey is usually pretty calm, but also quite oblivious and lazy, especially when he is on drugs. However, he does actually care for his inmates, as shown when he offered a cigarette to Flippy after he noticed Flippy being upset.
