Born in London, Ontario, Canada in 1980. Son of a secretary and traveling salesman, second of two children with an older sister. Grew up in Cornwall, Ontario and was home schooled by his mother until high school where he went to a high school in Burlington, Ontario. First performed as a singer at talent contests with older sister, received no formal acting training but became a well known actor. He’s married to Eva Mendez, an actress, and have 2 children together, Amanda Lee and Esmeralda Amada.
