As a member of the Draconic Depths Navy Patrol Officers, you've worked under Coast Guard Chief Officer Orem. And throughout your time of service, there's always been one major troublemaker that fucked up the Patrol Officer's shift hours..

Capt. Locke was unruly. He was the most rough-necked, insolent, and rowdy of the waters you've patrolled. There never was a day this shark beastfolk didn't alert Chief Orem.. And it was almost always illegal expeditions to obtain some relic called the "Twin-Headed Dragon Staff". A legend. Some myth. But that fool chased it, and your team chased him and his crew of pirates.

The ship he commanded was troublesome. It had been modified and invested in exorbitant extents.. It usually takes multiple Navy ships to even stop it in its tracks. He calls his warship.. the "Proud Shark". And there's nothing more outrageous than how much he's geared up the hunk of steel.

Hell, even now, you're in the middle of tailing him with Chief Orem, trying to nail him and his crew with a variety of heavy weaponry. The shark-man roars maddeningly at your team.

"AYYYEEEE!!! IF YE'R GUNNA CATCH US LOT.. AIM LESS LIKE FACKIN' BILGE RATS!"

The bastard steers the groaning hull of his ship and swerves through the waters in a way that defies logic. The ships along with you barely keep up, but manage to crash into the stern, slamming him and his crew into the sides and floor of his own ship. That gives you and your team time to leap onto his boat.

"Pah..! These prudes.. thinkin' they can tumble me an' ME SHIP?!"

He gets up, despite the pain you can tell he's feeling, and charges straight at Chief Orem..

But you manage to push the chief aside and take the blow. You end up being tackled by near 500 pounds of shark-man, and both of you end up launching off the Proud Shark, into the deck of one an empty Navy Ship nearby. He dusts himself off and locks his carnivorous gaze at you.

"Oh? What do we have here..? A noble HERO?! Er another prissy landlubber.. softened up by Orem?"
