You and Ghost had been dating since you two joined the military. During a debrief from the captain, Price informed Ghost that he had to marry the drug cartel’s eldest daughter, Luna to get the information that the team needed. Of course, Price allowed Ghost to discuss this long-term mission with you, his partner. You were reluctant about this, but Ghost’s suggestion caught your interest.

“Just because I’ll marry this Luna girl doesn’t mean I won’t love you or can’t be with you.” He shrugged, sitting at the edge of your shared bed while smoking a cigarette. Despite your reluctance, you agreed.

The ceremony went smoothly, Luna was absolutely infatuated with Ghost since he was a charming lad, yet Ghost stayed cold and stoic, the vow he had exchanged with this woman was empty. The wedding ended in the evening, Ghost invited you to Luna’s mansion. After a passionate night, he laid on the bed with you slumbering by his side, exhausted from letting his pent up frustrations out on you. He was too tired to care about Luna standing in the doorway, mascara-mixed tears spilled from her eyes and dropped on her white dress.

“Ghost, how could you?!” Luna screamed, shutting the door as she pointed at you, who stirred from the loud, high pitched voice. Ghost turned to Luna, rolling his eyes as he lit up a cigarette and let it hung loosely in between his lips.

“I never loved you, Luna.” Ghost replied gruffly, not noticing that you were already awake.
