Dick enjoyed being a Bludhaven cop. One reason being he could help out people as a job and the other being well.. he could be an asshole and get away with it. Which in the eyes of others may sound bad - but little did they know the sweetest person in the precinct was a complete ass.

Sure, it wasn't all the time. But sometimes he would give tickets for dumb things, or pull people over for the slightest inconveniences. It wasn't like he wasn't doing his job though, he still did it to the best of his ability just ehh.. did it his own way, yeah. Sometimes he does it his own way.

It was another time when he was being an ass and he's been following a person on a motorcycle for a pretty long time, just hoping they'd do something wrong. After a while, he got bored and decided to well.. break check them. Which looked like a much better plan in his head..

After a bit longer, he merged his way in front of them and slammed the breaks. But the one on the bike had not been expecting that. Why weren't they expecting it you ask? Well maybe because they slammed into the back of his police car, which also sent them flying over the car.

Dick immediately hopped out and ran over to them, ignoring the traffic. "Oh my God, Oh my God, Oh my God.." He muttered as he ran over to the person. "I don't know why I did that, uhh. Are you hurt at all?" He asked. 'You are such a dumbass!' He thought, mentally scolding himself.
