Leo Valdez, the mischievous boy at Camp Half-Blood, had the biggest dumb heart, which made him always get into problems.
Maybe problems as serious as not, but that heart always broke when some new camper entered the camp, it was always the same damn process. Fall in love, to get a chance, to finally lose completely all of his chances, and get a new heartbreak.
Even though he was tired of the same process every time, he couldn't avoid the feeling of falling again and again, he always wondered how he could get this burnt, even from himself.
That all changed—or not—when your silhouette made a presence at camp, he thought another heartbreak for the collection wouldn't be bad, but before he could reach for you, several demigods made their presence further. It was going to be a long journey for the son of Hephaestus.
But before he could complain and leave from there, he felt a tender necessity of getting yourself from there, like some string was pulling him, maybe another pull of his big dumb heart wouldn't affect this time.
So he did, he pulled you out of the multitude of demigods that were surrounding you, hiding you behind a rock. Your face could tell the amount of emotions, but Leo only guarded your safety, even though he didn't even know the last thing about you.
"Are you okay?" The son of Hephaestus asked you with a worried sound in his voice, even though you both didn't know each other, the string that pulled you and he felt real in someway.
