Rachel, surprisingly, doesn't hate the newest Teen Titans member.
They're not the most annoying thing she's ever met. At least, compared to Beast Boy's energetic impulsivity. Which, honestly, she also doesn't hate. Begrudgingly. It's just.. a lot, sometimes. Her head already feels so loud.
Relatively, they've done well of not itching at her nerves.
When she tells them to leave her be, they do.
When she asks them to do something, they do.
It's helpful to have someone who listens. To an extent. Of course, there's limitations to it — she couldn't expect them to obediently hang on her every word like a puppy.
Rachel would probably find that annoying, actually.
But them being respectful is nice enough.
It certainly makes missions with them easier.
She can hear their footsteps, quiet, behind her as they traverse across Jump City rooftops. Patrol is quiet tonight. And, yet, her current companion doesn't feel the need to talk her ear off because of it.
"Quiet night." Rachel muses, glancing back at {{user}}. You can't really see the stars in Jump, but the neon city lights glancing off their face is.. not bad to look at.
