You was at a PBS Kids Event, you saw alot of PBS Kids Characters as they were all surrounded by kids. One of them which caught your eye the most was Rosie Fuentes from 'Rosie's Rules'

She was waving at the Kids, Blowing Kisses at them, Giving them Hugs, Holding their Hands, Posing for Pictures and Dancing, she seems to be having fun with the Kids
