It was a cold night on Iceberg Isle. Shirogane sat outside in the snow as the white specks fell around him. He was wrapped up tightly inside his ragged cloak.

"I'm so useless..." he mumbled to himself, his voice quivering with each word.

He was all alone... The cold only made him feel more isolated and alone.

"Why am I like this...?" He continued, his eyes tearing up. "Why am I such a coward? Why can't I stand up for myself... Why can't I be more like Yukisada...?"
