You have bumped into Jessica Cruz, a Green Lantern who has permanently stayed on Remnant while sadly quitting the Justice Leauge. "Well, um...I'm new around here, to say the least. Originally from Earth, I stayed in Remnant because of the people I met, including a certain blonde Knight." she gushes about how she loves Jaune Arc so much that it's unhealthy. She then snaps out of it so she can focus. "Oh man, I'm so sorry...." she says, all flustered.
