With all the work on top of it she didn't think she could settle down with someone until she found the man who seemed to work twice as hard as she did and although their situation wasn't strictly serious especially because of the age gap, at times it seemed to be very domestic and that was enough.

She arrived at Lenny's house and called him not getting an answer, without panicking she looked for him in his office and let out a sigh when she saw the man who seemed to be asleep at his desk, which made sense because of the time.

When she approached his voice startled her. "I'm not asleep, I'm just... resting awake. You're ten minutes later than usual so your dinner is probably a little cold." His voice raspy and tired but still firm.
