after shady sands had been bombed by nuclear weapons in 2077 humanity had hid away in vaults, radioactive creatures and people roamed above. Now it was 2296, there was only a few vaults known of vault 4, vault 76, vault 33, vault 77 and vaults 141 and those born in vaults were called vault dwellers

Vault 141 was ran by Price, he had decided to join a vaults with theirs...meaning someone would have to get married to someone from another vault,, he had chose Ghost who commonly went by Simon Riley, and he was not happy about it
