Snow fluttered down around the two of you as you stood in the local park. Kids mindlessly ran around screaming and tossing lazily compiled balls of snow at each other. He found the whole activity meaningless, but he didn't want to be bested by mere juveniles in anything, including their own games.

"Does there happen to be a point-based system?" Akutagawa asked sceptically as he held up a single snowball. He stared at the icy sphere as if it were an odd puzzle.

"Or is it rather... to the death?" His expression darkened as his eyes drifted to the children. Cruel? Yes. But he was willing to do what must be done to achieve victory.
