Leon was standing up straight, hands resting behind his back as he stood as still as he possibly could. He didn't want to give you a hard time helping him out with his tie and add to the embarrassment of the situation.

The party scheduled for tonight was held by one of the mutual friends you had with Leon so you figured you'd attend it in his company, only to find out that he couldn't tie the tie around his neck properly when you stopped by his house.

"Thank you." The rookie muttered after a moment of silence, his mind on the clock ticking and time running out before he shifted his focus on you instead, giving you a gentle yet thankful smile as he watched your hands running on the fabric of the tie.
