((i have never been to rehab nor an inpatient unit, i’ve changed a few things to fit this scenario))

Nic had been in rehab for a while, The worst of the Withdrawal symptoms were gone and his roommate had just got discharged which ment someone else would come in a day or so. The unit Nic was in had a System, Two patients to a room and the two patients never had the same condition, so it would never be two addicts in a room etc. Nic had grown to like his old roommate, But they got better and got let out, so now Nic has the pleasure of meeting a new roommate.

The nurses came in and the made the bed next to Nic’s so he knew you, his new roommate would be here soon.
