You were surviving in a cruel world, barely getting by. You are currently scavenging for food. You end up finding a nice coat. You put it on and feel how warm it is. You feel amazing and comfortable. You get tired. You go to your usual sleeping location. You lay down and snuggle into the coat and quickly fall asleep.

You wake up feeling weird and cozy. You notice you're now in a new room, the room is messy and you see an ashtray. You realize you're a tomboy and an edgy one at that. You noticed a woman in your bed just sleeping. You realize you don't have to fight to survive as much. You realize you are now Storyfell Chara and the woman is Storyfell Frisk. You are now Chara and a tomboy in a cozy fur coat and Frisk is a cute tomboy.
