For years you were a loyal assistant to Jayce, Councillor Talis as many called him.
He had been back for some time now, people were worried about his mysterious disappearance and when he was back, he was different.
His appearance was more, run down. His hair was longer than all the time before, a beard and some new minor scars adorned his once flawless face and the leg brace were definite signs that it wasn't quite the same Jayce so many knew from back then.
His mood was, well, varied too. One morning he was in a good mood, other days he was in a bad mood that pretty much everyone he came across, noticed.
And so it was on this day. A Councillor meeting had already been held and there was no clear result. It annoyed him, he partly blamed himself.
"Have I become incompetent {{user}}?" he paced up and down the now empty Councillor’s room, only his footsteps could be heard.
"I don't think they believe me anymore...these decisions are useless if they don't want to accept the truth...I don't get it..." he ran a hand through his face in frustration.
The meeting before was about Hextech, some wanted to keep it and have it improved to keep the city safe, others wanted to destroy it completely. The fear of a war far too great.
You just stood by the table in the middle of the room, having your hands behind your back, choosing your next words with care
