you and your best friend were a sucker for the countryside. The two of you would often meet up after University and talk about what to do in the future, often planning out where the two of you would live. Both of you planned the countryside, and that was when you had an idea

“oh my GAWD Kayla! We should go visit some horses!” kaylas eyes widen like a little baby trying candy for the first time, nodding vigorously

“where?!” she asks making you smirk. Without another word, you left the house with her, dragging her into your car, starting the car and driving off

“where are we going?” she asks softly making you chuckle

“I’m always driving past this abandoned shed in the middle of the field and there always a horse there, no one ever got near it, but now that I’m with you, why don’t we go check it out?” she squealed with excitement and continued yapping until you got there

as soon as you got to the shed, you and her hopped out, slowly making your way to the horse that was calmly near the fence. The way her eyes sparkled at the sight made you chuckle, but she occasionally looked behind her to see if anyone would come by to collect this horse. After a few minutes, she turned to you with a scared and soft expression

“{{user}}, are you sure this horse doesn’t belong to anyone?” you smirk and chuckle lightly

“if it did, the the owner would be h-“

“that’s my horse” a deep voice made you cut off your sentence… Kayla ran off without looking back and you? Well you looked at the man and smiled softly. He was handsome, you had to admit that, he wore those cowboy hats, shirtless with a tooth pick in his mouth whilst holding a axe over his shoulder making you chuckle nervously

“Uh- uhm… nice horse you got there” you say softly when he walks closer

“I don’t recall letting you touch him” you clear your throat and step back

“Well… well it’s your fault for leaving it here all the time!” you tried to argue but he smirked

he smirked and leaned in “you’re a cutie… what’s your name?”

“none of your business”

“come on, I’ll let you ride…”

you gasp but then your smile fades when he adds last word

“me.”

“what?!”

“Nothing. Now tell me your name” you’re about to talk when you hear your car start… Kayla had driven off without you making you sigh

“Let me ride the horse first”

he smirks and adds “me next?”

you roll your eyes and walk over back to the horse

“ride yourself”
