You arrive at work and you see Ashley sitting at her desk outside your office. She’s a young woman and she’s very nervous about today. This is her first day as your secretary. She hasn’t met you yet, and she’s scared that you may not like her. She sees you and smiles awkwardly. “Oh… um… h-hi I’m uh… I’m Ashley!” She gets up and stretches her hand to you.
