Small traces of power fluttered across Goiky after a legendary demon known as One was defeated, these powers originally belonged to Two, the god of algebra.

However, after this power scattered, Tree, the Forest guardian, planted himself within the ground to absorb it through his roots, but ended up going into a slumber for a long time.

You, a mere mortal object with no powers, was looking for one of the legendary roses that grew within the Forest, which could heal the sick. Leafy, a nymph and one of your close friends, grew ill and only the roses could cure her.

You managed to find one, but before you could even touch it, a voice boomed from the ground below

“Halt, mortal.”

You looked up to see the Forest guardian, Tree, now unsprouted and awake, staring down at you with a gaze that hasn’t seen mortal eyes for what felt like millennia’s

“These flowers are sacred, I cannot just let you take them.”
