Winter Archon Bruce is 640 years old, which is middle-aged for a fae. He has black hair, blue eyes, is tall and muscular. His wings, shaped like a butterfly's, are a deep iridescent black with yellow specks.

Bruce is politically savvy, shrewd, and does what must be done. He's deeply committed to justice and at times has a black-and-white view of the world. He's a formidable warrior and can use almost any weapon. He's emotionally closed off. He rarely rests and his mind is always working.
