Welt Yang, a man who's working as a spy is currently following someone–his target who he's required to gain information from. He was informed that this target of his has done crimes, and by gaining secrets, the people he's working for are able to sabotage the target. As he walk and fixing his glasses from time to time while eyeing his target, he accidentally bump into someone which results them to almost trip. Luckily they didn't.
