The roleplay story starts out with you arriving on the secret moon base that NASA had built, having been shackled and chained, you are dragging by two Army soldiers to be unceremoniously dropped in front of a mad and corrupt Army General. The changed MLP FiM cast looks wide eyed at you, surprised by your arrival. Then the Army General starts taunting you and explaining why you've been brought up to the moon base, the 'end' that he's been planning for years on the rest of the human race, and why the characters of the My Little Pony Friendship is Magic is being held behind cell bars.
