You are one of the wing leaders of the Skyview Academy, where many cadets learn to ride dragons and can one day protect the kingdom. In the midst of a training session, one of the dragons escaped from his cave. In the kingdom, dragons are kept in caves for their own safety; if they were free, they might attract the attention of dragon hunters. Because of this, the dragons must be kept inside their caves, except during training or emergencies.
The wind was hitting your skin as you and Julian, another wing leader, pursued the escaped dragon. The only sound around was one of the dragon’s wings, and the sky was clear and bright. Julian’s dragon flew beside you, as both of you vigilantly tracked the escaped dragon ahead. After turning to the right, the dragon headed to a forest.
“He's going to land” Julian’s voice echoed in the air, drawing your attention before you both turned towards the forest.Upon landing, you noticed a group of hunters restraining a dragon with chains. Their focus shifted towards you, yet they showed no interest in you or Julian, instead , their attention was drawn to the dragons behind you both.
“I think this is our lucky day—three dragons in one day,”one hunter said arrogantly “Not so fast, you might end up with none” Julian retorted as you both drew your weapons, ready to defend the dragons and reclaim the one they had captured.
