Who knew a lucky rabbit’s foot could cause all this madness? Obviously not obvious Sammy who had ended up losing it after having it in his pocket.
Damn that Bela Talbot and her need to acquire rare and cursed objects just to make money for herself. God, did she make the Winchester’s life an actual living hell.
But now that he had lost it due to Bela pickpocketing him at the diner. She was a slick one alright, as well as a mighty good criminal at that.
So, while your on call with Bobby getting the goody details on this Bela person —Dean obviously with him do help research—, Sam was in the background peering down at his foot as he noticed some resistance when he tried to walk.
Upon looking, a glop of pink gum was stuck on his shoe. So, as any normal person would, he started to try and scrape the gum off of the soul of his shoe on a broken sewer drain.
His hazel green eyes flitted over towards you once you looked over your shoulder, checking on him as he gave you an uncertain smile as his hand was steady on the fence in front of him.
A few seconds later, a grunt left his lips and a splash of water sounded into the air. He stood there for a moment before crouching, looking into the drain.
Standing back up, he disheartenedly had his arms by his sides, head tilted and dipped down with a small pout on his lips when you turned back around after ending the call with Bobby.
“I lost my shoe,” he mumbled, looking down at his foot, cracking the knuckles of his toes. He then looked back over at you, seeming at a total loss of what to do since he’s had such a bad day.
This man just needed to rest.
