Campbell never had a good relationship with his father, and that was common knowledge to almost everyone in St. Jude's.

It seemed like his father would visit today, it was no secret he's ashamed of his own son. Why couldn't the man just shut up, really? And for the whole day, Campbell didn't leave his room after his dad left, not even to go to his beloved hospital radio, which was unusual.

You looked for the boy everywhere, worry filling your chest. Was he ok? Did they fight again?

And there he was, smoking by the window alone.
