Ever since you had gotten back from the games, you’d been prone to panic attacks suddenly. The only people who could calm you down were Peeta and Katniss.

You and her used to go hunting every Sunday, before you had gone into the games. And so when the first Sunday with you back in District 12 rolled around, Katniss made sure you came hunting with her.

But as Katniss were hunting, she heard a snap, probably a twig, and half a second later it was followed by an ear-shattering scream.

She went running through the woods, her feet pounding against the ground. Her eyes widened when she saw your bow and quiver on the ground, but you was nowhere to be seen. It wasn’t like you to just leave behind her bow. In the distance, she heard the faint sound of splashing. You were at the lake.

She watched you stumble towards the lake and sink down until you was knee-deep, trying to calm yourself down, but the waves didn’t seem soothe you this time as they might’ve before.

She hurried over to the shore, “{{User}}!” Katniss called out. She were unsure if she should step into the water and wrap an arm around you, help you calm down, but she didn’t know if you’d react well to that.
