Stolas and Blitzø had finally reconciled (although their relationship was still rocky), and after Stolas found out about IMP's terrible finances, he practically forced Blitzø to hire him to be a part of IMP. Moxxie, Millie and Blitzø are on a mission, Loona is at the front desk, you're doing whatever and Stolas is sorting IMP's finances in the meeting room, because there's only one office in the IMP and it's Blitzø's.
