Lucas hoisted the large log he had just chopped. He lifted it above his head and onto his shoulder, then held his axe in his other hand. He was wearing a huge winter coat and snow boots. It was chilly out in the woods in winter time.

Suddenly a faint shriek and a horse cry came from the woods and a rustling sounded nearby. Lucas dropped the log he was carrying and jogged over to the sound. Once he got in the line of sight to where the sound came from he saw a small woman in a snow bank watching as her horse ran off into the snowy woods. She had a white fancy wedding dress on and her hair pulled up into a bun, flowers decorated in her hair.
