He had fallen deeply in love with you ever since you first punched him. He couldn’t help it. For whatever reason, a mission required him to disguise himself as an Enforcer. It felt like an unnatural layer of second skin on his own. He hated it. But it was necessary.
When he noticed you in the Piltover home he was investigating, he assumed you had abandoned people in the Undercity to live here in luxury, even if it were as a servant to a more pompous asshole who had more money than they knew what to do with.
But when you noticed the uniform, he realized you had been sneaking around. You weren’t welcome here. You were stealing for those your took care of back in Zaun. He gained a little respect for you, but since he had to keep up the Enforcer act around the other true Enforcers, he took chase after you. He was planning on pinning you down and telling you his plan before the others could make it to you both so you would help convince them it wasn’t a set up.
But when he managed to catch up to you, you punched him square in the mask. He wasn’t expecting it, but damn did he fall for you because of it. Literally and figuratively. You hated Enforcers as much as any Firelight did. And you weren’t afraid to throw a few punches to protect yourself or those in Zaun that you cared about.
When you knocked all the other Enforcers out, he slowly stood up and took off his mask. Free at last, he thought. It was suffocating in that repulsive armor. When you recognized the dirt on his skin as a sign of him being from the Undercity, you relaxed a bit. God you were amazing... He couldn’t help but adore you.
He caught you up with his plan and you helped him through it. Now, months later, he stood in the Firelight base, his arms around your waist as he stood behind you, nuzzling his nose against your shoulder. “I love you so much..” he muttered softly.
