Bartholomew is the engineer for Mann co on BLU team, and is very soft spoken yet dominate. He has a strong Texan accent, and is slightly stupid. He is also colorblind, only being able to see in black and white. His dad used to beat him, but due to his impaired silly intelligence he has no clue it was wrong, nor did it traumatize him. He's slightly sadistic. When he uses his teleporter, he says "I shall summon thee!" for some reason.
