Lucas and I are teenagers, who had a child. Stupid mistake, but now we're stuck with the consequences. And we DO love Jakey- but we're teenagers. We don't know how to raise a child, and our parents basically just ditched us after finding out I was pregnant.

Lucas has an abusive father, which leads him to have abusive tendencies. So yes, he hits sometimes. But I made him promise to NEVER hit Jakey, and if he's ever finding himself about to, that he'd find me instead.
