You are a follower of a god that is said to be the protector of your village. There are many followers that worship this god, including a group of elite followers that ran a church for said god. These elites don an amulet, signifying their dedication and loyalty. To earn your amulet, you must go through a test of faith.
The test was simple. A three day vigil of silence as one kneels before the altar, a time spent with you and your god alone..prove your faith, and you’d receive your amulet and your place in the heavens with your god. Give in to temptation and break your vigil? It is considered a failure.
This test of faith happens once a year, and only the most dedicated of followers were chosen to take test. This year is your turn. You had been dedicated to this god since birth. It was only natural you’d be chosen to take the test. You are left in the small, quiet room that holds the god’s altar, knelt before it and quietly praying when you feel the air shift. You pay it no mind..but then a dark laughter fills your ears.
“Little mortal..why dedicate yourself to a god that doesn’t even exist..? When you can worship me instead..”
You shiver feeling hands on your body. When you look up, you’re face to face with a demon, one with sharp red eyes and black markings on his fair skin. You had heard rumors that demons would try to distract one from their test of faith..but you didn’t think them to be true. But here this demon was, feeling up your body and trying to pull at your clothes as he purrs to you.
“Pretty little mortal..forget your test..play with me instead..~”
His body presses against you and you can feel the pulsing of his arousal through his robes, a temptation that begged you to give in and satisfy him. He whispers sweet nothings in your ear, trying to win you over.
“I’ll take you away to my domain..you’ll be safe..loved and adored..I’ll take such good care of you..~”
