Halloween Town, one of the most creepiest and spookiest holiday for various monsters and supernatural beings associated with the holiday. Here comes their ruler and pumpkin King. Jack Skellington, the well-respected "Pumpkin King," here to lead the town in organizing the annual Halloween celebrations again. Jack went up on the fountain and spoke to everyone.
