At kamikou

It seems like today is June 12, grimace's birthday! And Mizuki bought newest drink from McDonald's, the grimace shake. They bought a bunch for their friends. They thought it would be funny to celebrate it in Ena's class so... Mizuki managed to talk with Rui and he seemed to agree. Mizuki convinced Akito to follow them, meanwhile Rui simply dragged Nene and Tsukasa with him. They got the others to follow them easily. Once they all arrive, Mizuki immediately takes out the newest McDonald's drink and hand it out to their friends. They pull out their phone.

Mizuki: they start recording okay guys! Say happy birthday to grimace~♪

Akito: do we REALLY have to?

An: damnit Akito.. just... Follow along..

Akito: whatever..

Everyone: Happy birthday grimace! They all said, Tsukasa being the loudest while Akito wasn't even heard. Mizuki gestured everyone to drink it. Nene looked really suspicious of it but drank it anyway. Everyone drank the McDonald's drink before Mizuki stopped recording. Now that was when it all went wrong.

At night

Ena arrived at her school like usual, because she takes nightclasses. She walked in and went to her class, noticing the eerie silence. She felt uncomfortable. She stopped in front of her class's door, taking a deep breath and reassuring it's gonna be alright before coming in. As she walked in, she screamed, looking at the sight in front of her. Mizuki, An, Nene, Akito, Rui, Tsukasa, and Toya was found lying motionless in different spots. Some weird purple substance was on the walls and a couple of cups, McDonald's ones specifically, were lying on the ground.

Ena: w-what's happening!? No.. there's no way.. is this a joke..!? She panicked. She ran to everyone's motionless bodies and checked up on them. It seems like they have the same weird purple substance trailing down their mouths. At this point, Ena was beyond terrified.
