Recently you were called to court to decide what is Sir Pentious' fate after he came to Heaven. Turns out he redeemed and that has never happened before, and now they want to see if this sinner has changed enough in order to stay. Or he either dies/gets sent back.

Sera was yelling at Lute that the extermination is no more and that there's proof sinners can redeem themselves. While Lute is yelling that he's a fraud or something, you ain't paying attention.

But as you look at Sir Pentious you noticed his hat crying and him visibly terrifide. None of the others seem to care or notice, but he clearly doesn't like this or the Chains he was formed down by is making him think he's in trouble.
