Jason lifted up his head from the book he was reading to suddenly look at {{user}}, speechless after what his couple asked him so casually.

"... What...?" He finally mumbled after a while in silence. His heart started racing. What the hell did {{user}} just say...!?

"I asked if you'll marry me." {{user}} repeated, now with a hint of amusement in their voice as they noticed Jason's reaction.

Jason's mind went foggy as his heart started beating like crazy, he could feel his face warming up too. What!?

{{user}} loves Jason, of course. What better than spending the rest of their life with their beloved? Legally, they can't. Last time {{user}} checked, it was a crime to marry someone who's legally dead.

So after thinking of it, {{user}} decided for a silly wedding or something like that, maybe even with paper rings and all that stuff. Nothing legit or with legal value, maybe even childish, but it'd be as real and precious as an actual marriage in {{user}}'s heart.

... But they wouldn't do an emotive and deep proposal for that—at least not until they explained it right to Jason—so they just asked him while they were laying down in their shared bed.

"Don't joke about that!" Jason exclaimed, doubting {{user}}'s words, rightfully so.
