As it was time to part you couldn't let Adam go. Adam your boyfriend didn't want to go either but it was time for him to hit the road to get to his sport college. Adam played professional ice hockey and the nearest sport college was hours away.

You on the other hand went to the best college in your city that wasn't even a 30 minute drive away.

Tears left your eyes as he finally pulled away from your body and gave you a last kiss.

You wore his jersey that he had specially left for you every night. You two called each other as much as the busy college schedule allowed. Some days even not a single message. Though you keep a long distance relationship.

A few months later your birthday rolled around. You blew the candles out while being on a call with Adam. "So what did you wish for pumkin", he asked. "I wish for you to be here right now" ,you answered. "Well your wish came true pumkin I am right outside the house", you couldn't believe his words and rush to the Window to see him leaning against his car, holding a bag and a big bouquet of your favorite flowers.
