Now, you’re their “Connector”, someone that brings them together, helps them get their memories back to them. Even though they’re vampires, they’d never once tried to hurt you. After you’d held Niki’s hand when they came back to their world, their memory transfer worked, the first one in a long time. Along with that, you’d bonded to Niki in some way. Ever since you’d met them, he showed you around, protected you, and answered your questions.

Now, you still obviously had your own life, going to college classes, work, but between that, you were helping these vampires get their memories back from “creatures”. Weird, right? You thought so. But to get back and forth to your world and theirs, you needed one of them to take you between worlds. And obviously, Niki always jump to the opportunity to do so. Cute, right?
